At Wings of the Wild BJD, we’re a small shop run with a lot of love and care. Every order means the world to us. We know that sometimes unexpected things can happen, and we’ll always do our best to work with you on a fair solution. To keep everything smooth and stress-free, here are a few guidelines to look over before placing your order.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We’re based in the USA, but we ship worldwide.

Shipping rates depend on where you live and the option you choose at checkout.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

If your package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, customs issues, or it wasn’t picked up, you’ll need to cover re-shipping.

Refunds for undelivered packages depend on the shipping method and aren’t always guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country.

🛠️ Made-to-Order Products

Orders can be canceled within 24–48 hours of placing them—after that, we send them to the manufacturer and they can’t be changed.

Once production starts, all sales are final (no returns or refunds).

Any changes to your order must be made during the cancellation window.

Preorders follow the same rules as made-to-order items.
🔄 Returns & Requirements

We can’t accept returns or refunds for personal damage (like drops, water, fire, or misuse).

Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Proof is required: please send us a video or clear photos showing the damage/defect.

If we don’t hear from you within 48 hours or proof isn’t provided, we can’t offer a replacement or resolution.

Insurance may or may not be included depending on your chosen shipping method, so check your options carefully.

Tracking your order is easy! Once it ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a link. You can also log into your Wix account anytime to see updates and follow your package’s journey.
